Mark Richard Langhammer
As the Managing Partner of 101Brands, Mark is responsible for building the brand portfolio and international channels for our partner brands.
Mark was the former regional Sales Head of South Asia, Middle East & Africa for Crocs Asia adding 11 distributors and increasing revenues 50% in the first year. He was co-founder of the exclusive distributor for Crocs in China & India and built the India business to over 600 retail points and 5 exclusive Crocs stores in the first 24 months of operations.
He successfully concluded a number of M&A and corporate funding transactions as a Principal at 101Capital Limited – an Investment Advisory & Business Strategy Group. Mark had previously spent 13 years in executive positions at The Economist Group Asia Pacific Ltd establishing and building the most extensive and prestigious network of advisory, conference and interactive networking programs for top executives and government officials in Asia and the Americas.
Mark was Founder & Director of Aus-Tec Products Pty Ltd, an innovative and early market mover of electronic water treatment controls for swimming pools and spas. His introduction to conducting business throughout South East Asia was with the Swedish multinational Electrolux in commercial equipment, in designing new consumer products and launching a new security products division.

Joseph Dominick Ranieri Jr
Joe is the managing partner of 101Brands Pte Ltd and currently sits on the advisory board of several companies spanning across different industries.
He was formerly the Regional Head of Asian Direct to Consumer business in Crocs Asia (Consumer, Fashion - Retail/Distribution/Wholesale/Internet). As Regional Head, he was involved with the investigation, start up, reorganization and expansion of regional Retail and Internet businesses for Crocs in line with overall balanced Wholesale and Direct channels goals (Asia Retail /Internet US$95+Mil).
Joe was the co-founder of the franchisee of Crocs in China /India and built the China business to US$30Mil in under 36 Months. He was founder of 101Capital Pte Ltd - an Investment Advisory and Business Strategy group as well as founder of M&A firm, JDR Associates Pt Ltd which advised major global players in the Semiconductor /Electronics/EMS Contract Manufacturing sectors in selecting, approaching, evaluating and negotiating with strategic industry partners.
He served as Group VP of a constellation of Semiconductor equipment companies for a NY based group. (RVSI - US$200million.) Established and acted as Managing Director of several Asian based operations of Dover Corporations’ Semiconductor & Electronics Equipment Divisions (US$4billion). Joe has served in the executive management (CEO, GM, MD), strategist and execution positions based in Asia throughout his career.
